Learn how to reduce your food waste through composting and worm farming

Compost is a valuable organic resource that can be added to soil to help plants grow. It helps reduce water consumption in the garden and reduces the amount of waste we send to landfill, which is great for the environment and your wallet!

Join Maree from the City of Ryde Waste team as she demonstrates how to set up and maintain a worm farm and compost bin.

This an outdoor event at the Habitat Nursery and numbers are limited.

Participants who are City of Ryde residents will be provided with a 50% discount voucher to purchase a compost bin or worm farm after attending this workshop.
