Geisha Girl description
As the name suggests, Geisha Girl originates from Japan (although most Durantas are native to South America and the Caribbean). This stunning form of Duranta repens has deep blueish purple delicately fragranced flowers that are made even more lovely by the white centres and borders of white on the wavy flower petals.
Flowers are produced on the ends of its weeping branches during Spring, Summer and Autumn. This shrub grows to around 2m in height and width with leaves of glossy green.

Plant cultivation and care
Geisha Girl prefers a full sun position in well drained soil. Fertilise during Spring. Frost sensitive but fairly drought tolerant once established.
Propagate from soft tip cuttings in Spring.
