Little John description
Little John is a dwarf, evergreen Australian native shrub which grows to approximately 1m x 1m.
In Spring through to Summer, this plant is covered in the very attractive, highly recognisable bright red bottlebrush flowers which attract wildlife. It has a naturally dense, rounded growth habit with bluish green coloured foliage.

Plant cultivation and care
A hardy, adaptable plant, Little John is tolerant of most soils and conditions as long as it is planted in a full sun position. Keep soil moist in very dry weather.
Propagate from tip cuttings taken in Autumn.

Pruning
After flowering, cut back the spent flowers to encourage new growth and increased blooms during the following flowering season.
